    • If you are traveling and can’t receive your text messages.

    • If you are traveling and forget to answer you SMS messages.

    • If you fail to complete the entire Personal Study and Report.

    • If you decided you do not wish to continue using the product you started the Personal Study with.

    • If you change your mind after purchasing.

3. Refund Process:
